I provide therapy services for children and teens ages 3-18, young adults, and adult women, primarily dealing with perinatal mental health concerns. Types of therapy offered include Collaborative Problem Solving, EMDR, Expressive Arts Therapy, Art Therapy, Play & Sandtray Therapy, and Mindfulness. 

 

I am contracted with the following insurance providers: Advanced Health, Aetna, Cigna, MODA,  OHP/Medicaid (opencard), Optum (UBH, UMR), PacificSource, Providence, Regence BCBS

I also offer clinical supervision for therapists working towards there LPC, LMFT, LCAT/LAT, and ATR, and post-licensure consultation for therapists seeking addition support once they are licensed.
